we had an amazing stay at eden hotel, apartments and chalet chamonix les praz. the staff were super accommodating, and the 3-bedroom apartment offered us plenty of space after a fun day skiing. the beautiful decorations for christmas added a lovely touch to our group visit.

the cleaning process was inconvenient.

The culinary finds around here are top-notch! We had some absolutely delightful meals at nearby spots like La Cremerie du Moulin and Le Petit Social, where the flavor combinations are pure joy. The Eden Hotel also boasts charming common areas perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure, complete with an outside pool table. Plus, the view from our balcony overlooking Mont Blanc was simply breathtaking!

The only bummer? My room was on the railway side, so morning trains came with a wake-up call at 6:30 am.

The room had an insane view of the mountains and offered very comfortable bedding, which made my sleep peaceful. I loved the beautifully decorated lobby and cozy bar/lounge area. The staff were welcoming and attentive, making the stay even better. The double or twin room with mountain view provided a spacious and clean environment. However, the lack of an elevator was a challenge, especially on the 4th floor. Additionally, the breakfast options could use some improvement, particularly for vegetarians. While the meal I had was outstanding, the limited menu might not suit everyone. Overall, it felt quite homely, but the minor inconveniences regarding transportation and dining choices could be better addressed.

Noise from nearby railway impacted sleep quality!!! Lack of elevator made it difficult to manage luggage and navigate the hotel!!! Cleanliness in apartments could definitely use improvement to meet higher standards!!!

Our family enjoyed the intimate atmosphere and cleanliness of the place. We loved the stunning view of the Alps while sipping coffee on the terrace. A quick walk took us to the Flegere bubble lift, which made skiing with our grandson a breeze.

My kids wished for more choices at dinner.

The location is perfect for accessing lifts, just a quick walk to the slopes. Room amenities included a dishwasher and washing machine, which were quite helpful. The breakfast options were limited, and WiFi access on the second floor needs improvement. The staff, particularly Irena, provided outstanding service.

The room was small but well-equipped with a comfortable bed, USB charging stations, and provided a nice view. The bathroom was quite spacious, and breakfast options had a good variety with an egg-boiling machine. Location was good for hikes and nearby restaurants. There's easy public parking.

This place was just an appropriate option for an overnight stay in Chamonix at a reasonable price. The staff was really friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during my stay, even chatting with me about the best local spots. Make sure to check dining options in advance as choices are limited.
